Co-sign columns are displayed in the Reading status for one document reports
The co-sign columns are displayed in the Reading status for one document reports in both Inosa and Excel. The four new columns are:
- Co-signer – The users who can co-sign the document.
- Co-signed By – The user who co-signed the last version.
- Co-signed – The date the last version was co-signed.
- Co-sign comments – The comment for the last co-signer.
Department is displayed when you select a substitute for the user you are archiving or deleting in the popup
When you search for a substitute when archiving or deleting a user, the users department will be displayed in the popup.
Verifier is added to the print version
You can now see who the verifier is on a print version of an Inosa document.
