Who can edit a document

You can set who can edit documents when the documents are under construction, for verification or for approval.

  • "All authors" means that all users with the permission for editing documents can edit any documents that are under construction.
  • "Only author" means that a document can be edited only by the spesific author for that document,
  • "All verifiers" means that all users with the verify permission can edit any documents that are for verification.
  • "Only verifier" means that a document can be edited only by the spesific verifier for that document,
  • "All approvers" means that all users with the approver permission can edit any documents that are for approveal.
  • "Only approver" means that a document can be edited only by the spesific approver for that document.

Who can change status for a document

  • "All authors" means that all users with the permission for editing documents can send any document for verification.
  • "Only author" means that a document can be sent for verification only by the spesific author for that document,
  • "All verifiers" means that all users with the verify permission can verify any documents that are for verification.
  • "Only verifier" means that a document can be verified only by the spesific verifier for that document,
  • "All approvers" means that all users with the approver permission can approve any documents that are for approveal.
  • "Only approver" means that a document can be approved only by the spesific approver for that document.
