You can add an action from a deviation or as a loose action. 

The way of doing it is the same.

From deviation

You can add an action from a deviation in any of the statuses:

• registration

• waiting for processing

• processing

• open

Select the "Add action button"

• Write the title

• Select responsble person

• Add description

• Set due date - this can be changed by the repsonsible person

• Add notifications if you want

• Click CREATE

When te actions is created, a notification is sent to the responsible person.

Loose action

• Select actions and wanted folder

• Click on the "+"

• Fill in the information like in example above.
