As responsible you can add additional description to the action.

This is what you can can do:

• Change the due date

• Edit categories

• Add deviations

• Add attachments

• Select notfications

All the changes will show in the action log

When the action is done, you click DONE

Then you need to deside if the action needs evaluation

Answer YES if evaluaton is needed.

Set evaluation date if you have to wait for results after doing the action or evaluate at once if possible.

Answer NO if no evalutation is needed. The action will then be closed immediately.
