A new version 3.19.0 of RamBase QMS is on its way out.
New columns added to the Detailed action list excel report
The Department column has been added next to the Reported by and Responsible columns
The Description column has been added
When making an action from a WOC, the Description field will now be open
Previously when creating an action from a WOC, the Description field was automatically filled from the Textbox. The observer can now decide on the text in the Description field.
Author and verifier can also choose the significance of the new versions
As a new version of a document is created, the author should decide on the significance of the update. When sending the update to approval, the author can choose to select the Significant update checkbox.
The approver has the option of overruling the authors assessment.
