Print INOSA document

• Open the document

• Select the print button in the upper right corner

• Print the document

The document print outs will have data diplayed in the print header:

• Doc ID

• Version number

• Printed date and time

• Document title

• Printed by

• Status

• Author

• Approved date

• Approve

INOSA documents is made for screen viewing. If document is to be printed, the system indicates with a number where page x will end. In example to the right:

No number: Document is inside one printed page:

Number showing 1: Page one for print will end here:

Number showing 2: Page 2 for print will end here:

In the print out menu, you can see that page 2 ends where it is indicated in the document:
