Import and export documents

Search this documentation

You can export and import documents from other INOSA sites.

Export document (from folder)

• Select document

• Click on 3 dots

• Select Export document

Export document (from the document)

• Open the document

• Click on 3 dots in the upper right corner

• Select Export

You find the exported documents under downloadings on your computer.

Import documents

• Select the wanted destination folder

• Click on 3 dots

• Select Import document

• Select the file from downloadings on your computer

The imported file will be a new document for the system and have an unique ID.
