This is for permissions groups in addition to internal, external users and system administrator.

Search this documentation

• (1) Select Admin tools

• (2) Select Permission

You can make a new permission group or you can edit an existing group

• (3) Click "+" for creating a new permission group

• Add name for the permission group

• Add a short description - this will make it easier for others to understand the permissions for the group

• ACCEPT

• Now you have to choose permissions for the group

• Click on the "V" for the new permission group

• Permission groups for documents and folders

• Permission groups for administation of users, competence and reports

• If you want to edit the name or description of a group select the edit pen and type the new name
