INOSA Software undertakes to protect your personal information. This statement applies to INOSA software and app, and describes the rules for data collection and use of personal information. As a user of INOSA software or app, you accept the policies described in this statement.

Collection of personal information

INOSA software and app collects personal information like your email address and name, as well as username and password for the INOSA solutions. INOSA Software and App also collects information about login to the software, the permissions you are assigned and which activities you perform in the software (create, verify, approve and archive documents, record or handle deviations or actions, read documents or change user settings). The information registered will depend on which applications your company have access to.

Use of your personal information

The INOSA software sends automated reminders via e-mail about reading or revising documents, or notification of deviatons or actions. This is part of the functionality and purpose of the software. Which reminders sent are determined by your company and not by INOSA.

In addition, INOSA does not use your personal information for anything. How the information is used internally in the company is covered by the responsibility of the individual company.

If you terminate your employment with the company using INOSA software, it is the responsibility of the company to update personal information accordingly.

Under no circumstances will INOSA sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

INOSA will disclose your personal information, without notice, if required by authorities/law, or in good faith that such disclosure is necessary in order to:

(a) act in accordance with applicable law or in order to comply with legal requirements in connection with the operation of INOSA software; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of INOSA software; and, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of INOSA Software, or the public.

Use of cookies

INOSA software does not use «cookies».

The security of storing your personal information

INOSA uses Security Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology in software and app to ensure the management of your personal information.

Changes to this statement

INOSA will occasionally update this Statement of Privacy to reflect company and customer feedback. INOSA encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how INOSA is protecting your information.
