Notify immediately
When adding a document to a role you can select Notify immediately. This means that the notification for reading this document will be sent as soon as the system is updated (it will take up to 45 minutes).
Select the role and the document in the admin tool and then properties:
When archiving or deleting an approved document that other documents are linked to, you will get a warning
