A new version 3.8. of INOSA is released. Below is the list of issues that were part of this upgrade.
Summary - highlights
Possible to write in the changelog while working with a new version of a document
When you have started the revision of a document it can be useful to note the changes you do in the revision process. This is now possible.
Open a draft (new version of a document)
Edit mode
Open the changelog
Write the changes
Save.
You can add more into the changelog later.
When archiving or deleting an approved document that other documents are linked to, you will get a warning
If you want to delete or archive an approved document that other links to, you will get a warning and information of which documents linking in.
Document-ID will show when you use search when linking a document
When you use the search function to find a document to link, now the document-ID also show in the search result.
Come back to search
If you search for documents and the go into the document from the seach and then back again, you now return to the search result.
Sorting in My roles and My documents
It is possilbe to sort on document ID, document title and author in My roles and My documents
Deviation and actions (D&A)
First version of reports for deviation and actions
The reports are places together with reports for documents and competence. For a period both the old and the new reports for D&A will be available.
Both deviations and actions will have a detailed report. These reports have many filter possibilities and also functionality for which columns to display.

Bulk change responsible for deviations and actions
If someone leaves the company or change work, you might want to change the repsonsible for deviations or actions. This an system administrator can do from the folder structure.
Select the deviations (or actions) and select "change repsonsible":
