INOSA Release Notes

A new version 3.17.0 of INOSA is on its way out. Below is the list of issues that were part of this upgrade.

Some highlights:

Action log on user

You can now see an action log for a single user in an own tab in the user settings.

Add number of feedbacks to ToDo panel

Number of feedbacks to documents (current version) you have had something to do with is now showing in your ToDo panel. You can click on the numbers and get the actual documents up in a list.

NB! The number shows count of feedbacks. If 2 feedbacks is given to one document, it counts as 2.

Inherent validation period from last approved version

A document will default get the revision duration from the variable Default revision duration set in Admin tools => Variables. If a document is given another revision duration than the default one, it will get the default again when a new version of the document is approved.

Now, the new version will not get the default value, but will inherit the set value from the previous version of the document.
