Getting started - responsible for deviations

To process a deviation means to find the root cause(s) so that you will be able to set good actions that will prevent something to happen (again).

When you get a deviation to processing you can go back to the registration step to see if all the needed information are there.

You can add more details to the description, or you can add or change categories or consequences

• Add additional description
• Add cost
• Cause analysis
• Duplicated or related deviations
• Close a deviation
• Deviation log
• Reopen deviation
• Move deviation to another folder
• Archive deviation
• Share deviation
• Delete deviation
