There are 5 pre-defined types of deviations in INOSA.

We have different types to be able to sort the reported deviations and follow up statistics and trends.

There are 5 pre-defined types of deviations in INOSA:

TypeDescription
IncidentSomething that has happened and has both a real consequence and a potenisal consequence
Near missSomething that almost happened and only have a potensial consequence
ConditionSomething that could happen and have a potensial consequence
Improvement proposalSomething that can be improved - have a potensial consequence
RevisionDeviaton discovered from a revision or audit
