The print folder functionallity allows you to make a list over the documents in a folder. 

The list can be printable directely or in Excel format.


Search this documentation


  • Select folder
  • Click on 3 dots
  • Select print




















Select print type

  • Printable version
  • Export to excel

Select what you want to include in the list

  • Subfolders
  • Only approved documents
  • Changelog
  • Feedback




It is useful to print the overview of the content in folder as a start on a internal audit.
