From deviation
You can add an action from a deviation in any of the statuses:
- registration
- waiting for processing
- processing
- open
Select the "Add action button"
- Write the title
- Select responsble person
- Add description
- Set due date - this can be changed by the repsonsible person
- Add notifications if you want
- Click CREATE
When te actions is created, a notification is sent to the responsible person.
Loose action
- Select actions and wanted folder
- Click on the "+"
- Fill inn the inforation like in the example above.
