How to make a permission group
(1) Select Admin tools
(2) Select Permission
You can make a new permission group or you can edit an existing group
(3) Click "+" for creating a new permission group
Add name for the permission group
Add a short description - this will make it easier for others to understand the permissions for the group
ACCEPT
Now you have to choose permissions for the group
Click on the "V" for the new permission group
Permission groups for administation of users, competence and reports
If you want to edit the name or description of a group select the edit pen and type the new name
