You need to confirm that you have read and understood documents that are added to your roles.
- Find the document and open it (from ToDo, My roles or My documents)
- Read the document
- At the end of a INOSA document document, click: "I have read and understood"
- Or scroll up to the top of the document and click "Read and understood". This option will only appear when you have been at the end of the document.
- For a message type document, click "I have read and understood".
- For an URL-type document the URL first will open. When you close the page, click "I have read and understood"
- The document will change status to green.
- If co-signing is added to the document, a responsible person need to sign in addition to you. The document then will have a dark yellow symbol.
- The person that co-sign the document, can add a comment to you. You will find the comment by selecting "My documents" and "Read by me". Click on the comment-symbol to read it.
