From deviation

You can add an action from a deviation in any of the statuses:

• Registration.
• Waiting for processing.
• Processing.
• Open.

Select the "Add action button"

• Write the title.
• Select responsble person.
• Add description.
• Set due date - this can be changed by the repsonsible person.
• Add notifications if you want.
• Click CREATE.

When te actions is created, a notification is sent to the responsible person.

Loose action

• Select actions and wanted folder.
• Click on the "+".
• Fill in the information like in the example above.
