Create deviation from PC

You can create a new deviation by selecting the "+" on the top field

You then need to select the destination folder for the deviation

or

you can:

• Select the folder

• Select deviations

• Click on the "+" at the bottom of the page

Decribe the deviation:

• Add title
• Add description
• Select responsible person
• Select date for when it occured or was discovered
• Select type of deviation - incident is default
• CREATE

When you have selected create, the deviation is still in the registration status and needs to have more information about categories and consequences.

You can add more description into the deviation by using the "Add additional description" - field
