Copy or cut documents

Copy or cut document(s)

You can copy or cut all types of documents and in all statuses.

When you make a copy of a document the copy will have a new unique ID.

• Select document(s) by ticking the boxes in front of the document titles
• Select copy or cut
• Select the wanted destination folder
• Paste

The copied documents will have "copy" added to their titles to separate them from the originals. 

Change the document titles by settings (document properties).

A copy of a document is not connected to roles even though the original is.

If you want the copy to connect to roles, you have to do that separately.
